A.We offer refunds, minus the cost of S&H, if your product was damaged during shipping. Proof of the damaged product must be provided. All other purchases are final and non-refundable. If you need any more help on the matter please contact us for more information.

Q.  What size do you recommend for a beginning juggler?

A. This varies due to a person's overall size and what level of juggling they hope to attain. The large ball is recommended because the size forces one to make a larger pattern to avoid collisions, allowing for more accurate throws. However, people with small hands may find doing more than 6 a challenge and those who are hoping to achieve high numbers would benefit from our smaller size ball. Both of these sizes are very popular for stage performing as they both have very high visibility.
